OUR STORY
Avraham Livnat Ltd. (Livnat Group) is a privately owned holding company registered in Israel, owned by the Livnat family.
76 years ago, along with the establishment of the state of Israel, Avraham (Bondi) Livnat founded the activity that later become Taavura, a pioneering force in Israel's specialized transportation and projects sector from its inception to the present day.
Over time, Taavura expanded into new domains, importing DAF trucks and Liebherr mechanical engineering equipment. The Livnat Group's growth story extends to acquiring companies and establishing subsidiaries alongside Taavura, forming a diversified portfolio.
These subsidiaries operate across sectors such as import, marketing of trucks and heavy equipment, specialized transportation, logistics, energy, and related fields.
In the 1990s, Avraham Livnat's influence extended to the service and communication realm through Tikshoov Group, comprising diverse professional and technological firms. MedOne, another Livnat Group venture, emerged as a key player in Israel's data center market, hosting domestic enterprises and global Fortune 500 companies. Serving as a vital interconnection hub, MedOne connects ISPs, infrastructure providers, IIX, and submarine cables.
The Livnat Group also holds ownership of OPSI (International Handling) Ltd., UPS's authorized service contractor in Israel, offering comprehensive import, export, and domestic services.
In the fashion and retail sector, H&O, a dominant chain with 76 stores across Israel, is under the Livnat Group's umbrella.
Further diversifying, the Livnat Group holds a notable stake in Y.H.K. Investments L.P., which oversees a portfolio of publicly traded companies in Real Estate and Oil and Gas.
In 2003, Taavura through Grand Automotive initiated car import activities in the Balkans, expanding to encompass 13 countries in Central Europe with 13 leading car brands.
Avraham (Bondi) Livnat's significant contributions were recognized with a 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Manufacturers Association of Israel, acknowledging his enduring impact on the nation's industries.
In 2020, the Livnat Group and Taavura established Quantum Hub, the Group Innovation Center, operating as a meeting point between the group subsidiaries and the technology ecosystem.
Beyond these ventures, the Livnat Group engages in agricultural produce production and export.
